I can guide a change in thinking, unhelpful behavioral patterns and painful emotional experiences using evidence based practices. I have intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-PE through Behavioral Tech. RO-DBT, TEAM-CBT, CBT for psychosis, and trauma informed approaches including ACT, IFS, exposure and response prevention.
